By accessing this website and using the services of Thanaz Docs & Travels Services ("we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide document clearing, visa processing, PRO services, business setup and travel consultancy across the UAE. Service timelines and outcomes are subject to the requirements and processing times of the relevant government authorities.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or penalties arising from incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information provided by you.

Service fees and government charges will be communicated before we begin processing. Government fees are set by the relevant authorities and are non-refundable once paid on your behalf.

Our service charges may be refundable only where work has not yet commenced. Third-party and government fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

We act as a facilitator between you and the relevant authorities. We shall not be liable for any decision, delay or action taken by government departments, nor for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
